Recurring Club Member Cleaning Prices:
Club VIP level pricing is the standard membership level based on one cleaning every 4 weeks (or once per month). Additional discounts may apply for more frequent recurring intervals! Your Club pricing is locked in when you maintain active membership in good standing.

New Club Members receive recurring VIP Recurring rate on the 2nd cleaning scheduled within 4 weeks, and then moving forward.
Deep-Clean is always provided for your first cleaning and also for 1x non-recurring rate.
To maintain VIP recurring rate, you may not skip more than 1 week of recurrence, or we may revert you back to the Non-Recurring rate for the next cleaning at our discretion.
CLUB Member Add-ons (20% discounted rate shown below):
- Deep clean inside oven +$25
- Deep clean inside one refrigerator +$35 (each additional fridge +$55)
- Loft, Staircase, Furnished patio, or similar +$30/each
- Pets +$25 for each 1-2 small-medium pets (large dogs $45)
- Laundry +$40/load (wash, dry, fold)
- Dishes +$35 pre-rinse one dishwasher load
- Expansive or ultra-luxury apartments may incur an additional charge for inordinate square footage, windows, ceiling height, etc., despite number of bedrooms or bathrooms. Starting at +$25
- Carpet cleaning services available
Non-Recurring or One-Time Only Apartment Cleaning Services:
- Yes, we provide one-time only, and also move-out cleaning at the Non-Club rate, for non-members.
- If we feel there is excessive cleaning required, we will discuss with you prior to beginning the work, to give you the option to have us continue the cleaning.
